Peter has more than 25 years’ experience in the practice. From a newborn to a certain 96-year-old gentleman, he has treated patients from various age groups. He trained at the BSO and is registered with the General Osteopathic council. Peter also assisted at ESO and has experience at The Osteopathic Centre for Children and Hoxton Health Group for the elderly .

Assessments cover a wide range of tests which include taking reflexes, testing eye movement, numbness, power of movement, balance and coordination. The treatment is completed with continuous follow-ups and keeping record of the progress for future reference.   

Lifestyle discussion 

We also like to discuss the importance of sleep rhythms, breathing and lifestyle to make some simple adjustments to help you get the most out of treatments. As with exercise, this is something to explore and discuss, as opposed to just giving advice that may not be followed.
